Robin Hood

Melinda and I saw this some time ago but June turned out to be the month from Hell and I didn't have time to post much of anything.

I thought that the film was really well done, but I like most of the films I have seen that were done by Ridley Scott. This movie features Russell Crowe as Robin Longstride and Cate Blanchett as Marion Loxley. The story obviously presents a different perspective on the Robin Hood story and how Robin becomes both Robin of Loxley and Robin Hood.

Overall I thought that the film had a great feel, a great pace and was thoroughly enjoyable.

4 out of 5 stars. This will certainly be one we will be buying.
